I have a picture 24 x 16 will this fit in one off ur frames?

check the sizes. if there is a 24x16 frame or larger then yes

will i fit poster 60 cm x 40 cm (15.75'' x 23.50'') into 50x70 frame?

It will fit but it will leave a border so you would have to stick your poster to a backing sheet (size 50x70) first then fit it into the frame. By the way the frame can be hung vertical or horizontal so it would suit your needs.
