Didn’t like the fact there was literally only 1 thigh piece in the box. Quite possibly a one off factory error. However, the tase and overall quality is always great.

These joints have loads of fat and sinuey content. The meat was for a curry and it was good in there but there was a lot of waste after trimming them from the bone and removing fat etc.
