be ware... defective product
I bought 2 Yale door closer. Oild is leaking in both of them. Amazon is refusing to give replacement and asked me to connect Yale company. They are also refusing to replace the defective product. Quality of amazon customer care is deteriorating.

Installation difficulties
None of the fixing screws as well as screw for the hinge was provided. The screws of correct sizes must have been included in the package. It is really bad experience.
