It has genuine freshness and the ratio of the ingredients is just right. A small quantity of a tablespoon is enough to make a glassful of phuchka water. And it is tangy, spicy, salty, even hot in the right balance. The only thing missing is mint and coriander flavour which are either absent, or very subdued. But highly recommendable, nevertheless. The bottle is surprisingly small (225gms), though not tiny, and looks very sweet.

Taste is too tangy.... However you can adjust by adding salt n sugar.. I personally don't take it next time for its ultra spicy N tangy tasty.

The first one was leaked badly and smelled too. It was so bad. But the seller responded immediately and provided me a proper replacement that was way better than the one that was damaged.Product: This is overall one of the best pani puri paste I've had on Amazon. The concentration is quite good and a bottle will last you months. Although I would suggest to seller to add less black salt and try to preserve the green colour from the herbs. Since this is done like a preserve style, the vibrant green color is lost and too much black salt makes the product smell bad when there's a leakage. Overall, it is good one.He also sent a replacement for a previous order that was damaged on delivery. He was probably one of the first sellers on Amazon who have contacted me without me contacting first. Be like that and provide great service like this to all customers. First time purchase buy throughly enjoyed the flavour of the spices and the taste . Made the best paani for the poories. All the ingredients were of top class and the taste lingered long after few rounds of poories went around . Good purchase

Reviewing after using the product. It has nice full of spices pudina flavour. One or two spoon of the paste can be enough for a 1/2-1 liter water solution. It does not have tamarind which is a downside for taste. But overall its good. The manufacturer can add tamarind pani puri paste to their portfolio.It is a spicy solution. May not be good for who are looking for little sweet taste.

Panipoori paste is exactly similar to what I expected, its quite handy, so the hassle of making home made mix is avoided, I just fried golgappas, then made steamed masala aloo mixed with minced Onion, Tomato, Green Chilly, Mint, Coriander, R. Chilly Powder used these as stuffing, and the Tamicon paste I diluted it in water and enjoyed decent and healthy Panipoori, the salt in this paste is on the higher side, so just dilute accordingly, one thing I missed is the tamarind dates chutney along with this, very soon I will order that too from Tamicon brand.Delivery and package was in glass bottle was excellent and it was protected with thermacol and hence no breakage or leakage.
