Sent out for repair they fixed and is back to SPECTACULAR!6 months is what I got out of using this vacuum. 2.0 months of emails to customer service with no resolution. The radar is not working, it can't dock itself, it can't do anything! I really loved it but it broke way too quickly - not worth the money.When it worked it was spectacular.... Now its just an expensive object taking up floorspace! I left my original review because it was spectacular, however, it needs to last more than 6 months!!!I waited over a month before writing this because I really wanted to see how it did.I have 3 giant dogs over 120 lbs who shed and track dirt in constantly! I had a shoulder injury so I could not easily vacuum....I did a ton of research and looked up vacuums on a leading magazine that does reviews. I was surprised to find that there were no ratings. The "best" vacuum they listed was around 1000 in cost. I really did not want to spend that kind of $ without knowing if I would like it. The other issue I had was that no one really stated how much suction power they had. 20W what does that mean?I had a more inexpensive model of this brand and it always worked well. This one listed suction power in specs so I took a risk and I am really happy I did.Suction it does great! I works really similar to my "animal" upright and I only have to clean it afterwards it is done.The hepa filter- easy to get to and wash out. In my case it needed cleaning after the first week. I honestly can see a dust difference in my home and that is huge.Brush design is better than my cheaper model and it does a great job of picking stuff up.Size. It will fit under my the couches, raised dog beds, etc.App to use it is fairly easy and I can spot clean some areas which is great.Overall, I end up using 3-4 times a day and am shocked at what it picks up. It really is amazing and does an excellent job!I could not be happier!I can't wait to see what this brand comes up with next!

The media could not be loaded.  As someone who has been mesmerized by the convenience of robot vacuums I'm here to confirm that this is the upgrade worth considering. For over a year I've had a generic robovac that performed the usual bump and turn. It took forever to get out of tight spots with many obstacles. My daily and simple process was to turn the robovac on before leaving the house and it would spend two hours going who knows where. It worked like a charm getting all sorts of messes, primarily all the cat fur I never saw. I loved it despite its lack of wifi and specialty features.Then I got this guy, the L900 with LIDAR. It isn't perfect but it is most certainly an upgrade. Gone are the days of endless back and forth. Gone are the never ending loud banging sounds hitting every chair leg at the dining room table. Now the robovac brilliantly moves around everything with buttery smoothness. It covers our rather small apartment in 30 minutes! It uses less than 15% of battery for a full sweep! Plus I can accurately tell it where to go with the mapping technology, perfect for quick mess cleanup or not waking those sleeping. It is quiet enough to run without noticing most of the time (but the motor is fast and thus a bit louder than I'm used to).The biggest downsides I've run into is that the laser mounted hump makes the clearance an issue for getting under the couch. I definitely wish it could clean under the couch but I realize this is not something necessary and I intend to replace the couch anyway with something taller in the future. The other issue which I think can be fixed with a software update is when starting the cleaning sometimes the vacuum doesn't back up enough and drags the dock for a second. I may stick the dock to the ground to fix this in the interim.Overall the biggest con is the clearance height but its totally absolved with the mapping accuracy making cleaning faster and more widespread. Also it doesn't take forever to get home because it knows where the dock is which was a big nuisance in older models. This model is definitely worth considering.

I loved this unit when I first bought it less than 2 years ago. I’m disabled with very poor hands and shoulder strength so I needed something to handle the floor cleaning regularly as I live in a very dusty area and have two small dogs and a cat. This one did the job. However, about 18 months after purchase, the battery stopped fully charging and died not even halfway through cleaning a very small home. It’s unfortunate. Luckily I can find aide brushes and some other parts for cheap but I just paid $100 directly to the company for a new battery, main filter, and main brush because I can’t find those third party (and if I can, they’re more expensive than direct). I shouldn’t have had to pay over $350 for a robot vacuum I’d be replacing the battery to in about a year, according to the company. Overall a great little unit as long as you can spend over $100 a year to upkeep. Trying to find a filter is now IMPOSSIBLE. When I asked the company, they direct linked me the wrong one. So when I asked after that order was canceled, they kept demanding my full address and when I gave in, they demanded my phone number as well but wouldn’t answer why they needed this info just to tell me where to get a filter from. Horrid experience. Just getting a roomba
