Exceeds Expectations! This is a Hidden Gem :)
I don't get why this product appears to have been discontinued. It has far exceeded my expectations so far. I've had them for 10 days now. I lost count of how many hours I got on my first full charge, but it was easily 20hrs. This was using the volume at about 80% and using ANC the entire time.I bought them because I was having trouble finding regular bluetooth ANC buds that the mic could still be heard inside my full-face motorcycle helmet. With these Jlabs, I can just tuck the mic into the front of my helmet. I was able to initiate voice assistant via the neck back and give verbal commands and highway speed... with my helmet shield up too! I was also able to make phone calls. The person on the other end said they could hear the wind, but it was tolerable for short conversations. The ANC works better than I expected. It knocks out most of my helmet wind noise so that I can hear podcasts. These are fairly loud too. In the helmet on the highway, I have the volume at 100%, but walking around I back it back down to about 70%.I tried 3 other brands that were all returned. The others were great for music, but fell short either on battery life and/or the mic made you sound like you were in a tin can on phone calls.I wish they were USB-C charged, but for what I paid... I'm 100% satisfied. I'm tempted to buy a second pair since they're discontinued and the manufacturer doesn't have any others like them. The Jlab app that's mentioned in the manual doesn't support these. I'm guessing that's because they've been discontinued. I thought that was unfortunate that I can't adjust the EQ, but honestly... the EQ is pretty much spot-on for me right out of the box. The other buds I tried needed a different EQ for different kinds of music, and a different EQ for podcasts. But, these Jlabs sound good for all types of music I've tried AND podcasts. No need for adjustment IMO.These are PERFECT for those wanting buds to use inside a helmet... and pretty much everyone else too.

Bad product; not sweat proof, battery died less than 3 hours
I bought these to workout in. Ear buds aren't my first choice for that and I find the new 'true wireless' a bad idea but this form factor seems good. I figured there were lots of battery in the two bits around the neck and if I only got half the stated runtime, that'll last almost two weeks. What happened is the first day I got going, the sound was good. I turned on the anc to further drown out the gym and their music. Part way through my run, the left ear started to crackle. This is a sign the mics used in the anc are wet. I turned it off and the issue went away. Bummer the anc isn't at the IP rating stated by I'd still use them. Next day, I go into the gym and when they connected to my device, they said the battery was medium, okay no idea what percentages get what message. I go to start and not 10 minutes later they die! A little over 2 hours of use, I've day of being off, and they're dead! My old pair just last a week with the same use. There was no benefit to having them and I returned them.If you do buy and like them, read the instructions. The anc has three modes, including one named be aware. This mode pumps more surrounding audio in, actually noise enhancing. It's easy to switch between the modes and would make for poor results of you're unaware.

Best ever
Really like these headphones. And this company! These headphones are extremely valuable for the money.Originally I bought the Jlabs Jbuds model and they where excellent until I accidentally broke them on the job. I then bought a Sony version that left a lot to be desired in sound quality, interface and design.I wanted to buy Jbuds after that , and I decided on these ones. I'm so happy with this product that I am going to buy a few more and put them away for in case I break these after the warranty. (2-3 years $4).Sound quality is top shelf. Wasn't sure about the weird rubber paddle things but it turns out they are soft and removable! They are still on mine because I find they keep the earpiece in place better when I'm working and they don't fall out of my ears under vigorous movement.Noise cancelling seems to help a lot for the other people on calls. Phonecalls are very clear and easy to answer.Music is outstanding.Pairing is easy as pie. They can connect with multiple devices. The battery literally lasts 25+ hours. Hoping it can last. About 2 months of daily use now with no problem.Writing this long review because I'm really impressed.

Not bad, for the price
I bought 3 pairs of these, 1 for myself and 2 more for family. We all seem to have similar experiences - after about a month of use. And we tested them on a 30 hour, non-stop road trip.1.) Battery life. It's nothing like the 25 hours the manufacturer claims. It's closer to 12 -16 and if you have noise cancelation on "Hi" expect about 8.2.) Noise cancelation. Minimally functional, at best. Even in the highest mode, It's nothing even remotely in the broad area of the Bose offerings. Seriously, it's silly that they even push it.3.) Now, all that nasty review stuff said, the sound quality is outstanding. About as good a bass response as one could expect from buds, especially at this price.4.) Comfort. Excellent. No sore ears or annoying rubs even after continued wear over hours upon hours. Also, it's worth noting, they fold up and carry in a pocket extremely well as to not be a nuicense.5.) Longer term after 2 months, the R side died. It grew weekend and finally quit. I contacted the manufacturer and they were simply stellar. Immediately replaced them, no quibbling nor excuses. However, the replacement pair performed exactly like the originals and sumairially died. Both pairs the kids have died too. These buds last 60 days.I went back to the phenomenal bose products. Expensive but after 5 years and worn shiny in places, still function perfectly.
