It’s good for soap, but to make candles the wick would be upside down. I poked a hole in the top to pull the wick threw.

I have been working with resin for a while now, and I had a process for getting rid of bubbles...but I have no idea what happened here, there are so many bubbles that it caused the piece to become Matte. I’m not sure if this is user error or if that is something the mold caused, but I figured I’d throw that out there.The silicon feels squishier than most of the other molds I have used, but it is still stable.

Great for candle making! For best result use a wooden screwed to poke the hole in the mold. It’s video on YouTube how to. If you’re in candle making you should know if you use soy .. soy is a soft wax so you may have to sit it for more than 12 hour or add 1tablespoon of coconut oil!! However this is great!

Good for the price but you can’t use it a lot ordering another now if you notice it starts to have a ugly look but for the most part I love it easy to use . I use soy wax btw

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  So I have a bunch of these molds from different places. I got some from Shien, Etsy and AliExpress. All (including this one) have been cut to pull them out without breaking. I usually crazy glue them and rerip them when they’re cured. I took a risk and didn’t rip the mold , just stretched it out. I was relieved. Came out without breaking. Idk what the difference is but I love this one. The mold itself seems good and flexible while sturdy, but the resin molds are not good. They have a texture from the mold that makes the resin figures come out cloudy, unclear and bubbly, because the bubbles can't get passed the texture. The women are so cute, which makes me sad for the way they turn out. I've made resin figures without washing the mold, then others after washing it and they continue to come out this way with texture and bubbles stuck because of the texture.

I thought that I would like this, but I don't. There's a lot of texture that comes off if you use this for resin and because of the texture it makes the final product matte. It does what I wanted it for, but I ended up buying another one so that I wouldn't have to deal with those two issues later. It is a very soft mold and easy to demold a piece.If you like a matte texture or make something where texture doesn't matter then get this.

It would’ve been perfect if it was not cheaply made. It’s so hard to get the candle out and it broke one arm. It’s not good for my business at all.Also, the mold torn in multiple places.
