You may need to pull out the spring clip slightly to push on the wheels assembly, the clip will drop into the recess so retaining everything on the axle rod. Enjoy-you have bought the best, proper wheels assembly and frame **Q: Can someone please tell me the measurement from the floor to the top of the handle? (I am tall and worry about stooping)** A: the handle is adjustable but once extended to its full length its` not very strong. sorry i dont know the measurements. its a long time since i had one of these and to be honest i would`nt reccomend them **Q: Is this strong enough to pull a disabled person sitting on it up a short flight of stairs?** A: I would say no, the wheels are plastic and held on by a ring that the wheels clip on....I carry 2kilos of chicken food but would not risk a person...I'm sure there are stronger ones.... **Q: Are the wheels noisy when pulled along?** A: If you are pulling along on concrete then yes, but if using on vinyl flooring then not so much. It is smaller than my usual trolley so I now have a choice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful -could be better with a few tweaks *by R***R on 10 May 2022* Local supermarket is very close but feels like miles when you are carrying a weeks shopping. Therefore, I thought I would get an "old biddy trolley" rather than get the car out. I have a flight of stairs to negotiate too. Very nice well made blue bag on a black multi-wheeled frame. It comes flat packed with instructions. Fortunately it is extremely easy to put together especially as the instructions were in French (mine is reasonable but they are not really needed). The bag holds a fair amount of groceries. There is a zipped pocket at the back for possibly money/cards but ? security. The trolley feels very stable when loaded and I did fill it to the brim. Very easy to pull and kerbs were trivial. I have 15 outside stone steps to climb and the trolley made these much easier than with a traditional two wheeled trolley or lugging everything up by hand. You can't go fast and you , obviously need the ability to be able to pull it but it is much easier. Two things- There is a drawstring on the bag to pull the top closed but I would have liked a Velcro or similar fastening on the flap to the main bag. I would also have liked an adjustable handle. I am 5ft 8in and it could do with being and inch or two longer. I would also have liked a piece of Velcro on the flap to hold it out of the way when loading it.
