Worked well until hose fell out.
Worked really well for the first month and then the hose fell out from the inflatable portion. It won't reconnect with an airtight seal so I'm unable to use it.

Work great i have fybromyalgia and had protruding disc in my neck .this product help relieve pressure by stretching the neck .I use a heating pad first to untighten then use the product for about 20-30 min slowly stretching about every ten min
