Condor Elite HCB3-002 Oasis Hydration Carrier Black

I was looking for a " PATROL INCIDENT GEAR(PIG) 3 liter IN CAMMO, from SKD ! And I waited for months and they wouldn't restock the camo, so I got what looked like the next best thing for me, I wanted low profile with nothing less than 3l. I LOOKED on every site For every possibility. ESSTAC is my favorite company, and I'm getting away from HSGI.( I like high end gear, so I was debating condor, but I like ALOT of their pouches, so there you go,(it is 2.5 liter) For the money you will not possibly find any other hydration bag from any company anywhere as good as this. They don't even tell you that it has a foil inner lining that is made out of some crazy sick foil plastic stuff to keep the water cooler and may be protected from who knows what else, The quality is pretty insane. The candor plate carriers might not be that good but all their pouches and this hydration bag are insane, Again I do fabrication with random multi media's and I'm very impressed, And it comes with a pretty decent chest harness assembly that I took off because I went Molly for the back of my bullet vest. I took off the stock Molly straps that it came with and I orderd some identical ones in plastic from SKD (my heros) to bring the pouch as close as possible. I'm actually gonna order a couple more of these for when I go hiking. I bought the source WXP bladder and it fit when I tucked the top sleeve. As far as SKD goes it's hard to get people on the phone but you really don't need to talk to anyone . Just do your research order from them their prices are insane and you pay the simple tiny shipping fee and you have it in 2 to 3 days literally 2 to 3 days. But I love condor now.

I am so terribly disappointed with this purchase. Let's start with the good. It looks pretty well made, even if the PALS webbing is a little widely spaced ( 2 3/4" 6.98cm wide on the top section, 1 3/4" 4.44 cm on the lower section) and doesn't have reinforced stitching to keep it from tearing away under any sort of strain. Now for the bad. It was sold advertised at the top as coming with an included 2.5L Slimline bladder, which it doesn't; which is a shame since I can't fit my 2.5L Source bladder, or my 2.5L Camelbak in it. Well in fairness I can fit both of them into it, just so long as they are empty. However; with a lot of shoving I could fit my issued BAE 2.5L bladder into it filled, but have zero hope of fitting a filter in there as well. The top flap only opens about 3/4 of the way, and takes a lot of finessing to get a bladder to sit in it up to the top. In addition the foil lining makes crinkling sounds every time that anything moves it at all. I like Condor, and still have their GEN 1 hydration carrier attached to my rucksack, and I have used it a lot in the past decade. I love that I can put a 3L water bladder, filter and two broken down MR.E's into it, but this is so not a worthy replacement.

Sturdy, comfortable, configurable. Delivery time was reasonable. (Package wasn't actually delivered until one day after the tracker showed delivery.)

I love it. Have used it with the included back straps hiking and have used it on average sized motorcycle trips. Truthfully, leaving it inside the freezer for a hour and filling a bladder with cold water - it keeps the water cold (factoring it's on your back, taking a lot of sun) for quite a while.

My only issue with this is the bladder it's self, it's cheap I recommend throwing it away and getting a CCbetter 3-liter bladder, it will last a lot longer than the one that came with it! the straps come off easy and you can attach this via molle to your plate carrier. I wouldn't use the straps themselves as straps for a backpack there are better packs out there or that.

No worries about having to take this is my IOTV this matches perfectly and I leave it on at all times and use a separate camelbak when not wearing my IOTV.

First, my issue is with the seller not the product. The item itself is well made as expected from condor but due to its size I was unable to find a water bladder that would fit it. In the process of looking for a bladder to fit, due to the slow pace that everything is moving at these days I was unable to get info on this until a few days after their 30 day return expiration. I suggest not buying from this or any seller that is not Amazon Prime or you are not going to get good customer service.

The product is as advertised and created with good material. Its a good product if your looking specifically for a lightweight water system.
