I purchased this for a good sweat to workout. I can say it does fit and I do sweat on my stomach and sides but I wish it could be washed in the the machine instead of wiping it down.

I got a small. I’m 5’4, 150lbs. It fits around my stomach but smashes my boobs (I’m small chested). The straps that go over your shoulders fit funky. They’re wide. It definitely makes me sweat more.

I was on the treadmil for 45 mins and I sweat more than normal. I had to wear the straps down my chest is to big and they felt suffocated. But other than that it did move the whole time.

I can’t say it will help you loose weight any quicker than other methods but it definitely does help me sweat a lot more during workouts. It’s also comfortable wearing under my workout clothes and very easy to clean

I started with a L/XL and it was amazing! I sweat so much with this but it eventually got loose so I ordered a size S/M…. And was VERY disappointed because it’s literally the same fit as the L/XL maybe there was a mistake with sizing but it’s literally the same size when I place them on top of each other AND while wearing it’s the same feel

Ordered a 2x/3x. I'm 280 (mostly stored in my hips,thighs and lower belly....and these 40lb jugs) with a long torso and E/F in the chesticle area. Fits amazing until I have to wrangle the mamas. Not enough space for Jesus just below the clavial, much less a heavy duty sports bra, so I figured I'd just use the shirt as a bra...nope. I can use this around the house but wearing it to the gym, I might as well create an OnlyFans and get paid for the peep show thats bound to happen. Also pulls them low and unflattering so not something I would really wear out of the house and has zero support. Getting them to the right spot would mean being half in and half out of the shirt. VERY tight under the arms because the haha's take up any extra slack. CAN NOT just plop them over the neckline and wear it as an under boob thing because, as I said...long torso. Doing so is EXTREMELY painful on the shoulders and sets my tatas at a very high and uncomfortable angle that pretty much suffocates me....I wear a L to XL on a normal basis so buying up is kinda...disheartening after losing weight down from a 4x. But I did based on reviews. It fits well and I can feel it making a sweat even when just doing chores, I just think sizes should be more true to fit and transparent, especially when making something for weight loss.3/5 stars because it seems to work well, you just seem to need to be closer to your fitness goals for it to work well. Using it around the house but ordering a different one for the gym and in public

It does exactly what it's suppose to do. Love the sweat! Straps tend to slide off but it's fine

It fits perfectly! It works amazingly well! I got a small which is the size I usually get. I love how it gives that little bit of support. I am not a sweater and wanted to find something that would help me get that extra water weight off when i’m working in the yard or at the gym. It is comfortable enough to wear under my clothes around town and cleaning the house. Im very happy with it! Easy to wipe down and hang to dry for the next day. Has a bit of a funky smell when you take it out of the package but the smell goes away when you wipe it down the first time.
