Too big
These needles are too thick for embroidery. Yes, the eyes are big but the overall width of the needle renders it useless for fine embroidery or sewing. Could be used on burlap or canvas. Needles make a huge hole in fabric.

Nice big holes, but needle thickness bigger too
I like that the holes are bigger, but the needle thickness is also much bigger than a standard needle and wouldn't be practical for my purposes.

Needle in a haystack
These are good needles if you plan to use them for a thicker thread. Very easy to sew with and sharp. The package came with so many I can't imagine I will run out of them anytime soon.

Needles have big eye. Easy to thread, easy to hold
