Bought to use in a water bobber-trout fly setup for spinning rod. Works well just make sure to use a tooth pick to keep the bobber from moving on the line

These are more flimsy than a plastic Easter egg. I went through 3 of them in about 30 min. They kept splitting apart at the middle seam and even cracking. There is just water in them but they cannot take cast after cast from a fishing pole as intended.

Used these for trout fishing in one of our mountain lakes. Easy to tie, fill, and very very easy to cast. I was using a 5' ultralight rod and a 1/16 oz lure but given I was casting from shoreline I needed it to have a lot of reach. At about 3/4 full of water it cast very far and easy and still floats. Despite being clear is still shows on the surface which was helpful to see when the lure was getting any action. I'm very happy with these and they'll stay in my kit for when I need a float.

These work very nicely. The ones that work do exactly what I want. 2 of the bobbers, unfortunately, came overglued. The stopper cannot be removed which means you can't add water and actually use them. So, I ended up with 8 usable bobbers for the price of 10. I'm not wasting my time to return them as I want to use the usable ones and not wait for more. This is why minus 2 stars.

This is a good value for the price haven't field tested them yet but look forward to the clear bobber will be good to cast into those shallow clear water spawning pan fish

Cheaply made seam breaks in half on first cast.

I use them for pier fishing in south Florida for makeral or anything that attracts top water…I tie it on the main line, half full, then swivel, then a 3-5ft leader with a light spoon or fly.
