This doesn't connect if u have virgin media .. what a nightmare .. cause so much stress .. it doesn't connect to the eco dot .. which is amazon ..it clearly states that it does .. I sent it straight back ..

Installed the app and the bulb. Paired it to the Alexa App, all working fine. But can’t control the light via voice or on the app. The colours are limited and doesn’t have a warm setting like the others on the market. It’s either white or orange.Choose a different product, I’ve replaced it with a normal bulb.

I've had the product for 2 days. I had issues with the installation but the bulb eventually connected. Thought this was fine turned the bulb off for the night. The next day the bulb was struggling to come back on. I went on the app and kept getting a small pop up saying the server was busy. Eventually the light turned on but wouldn't allow me to change the colours. I tried to do the bulb reset but could not connect again and now the bulb will not light up at all. I thought this was good value for money but i believe it is going to be a challenge to get the bulb to work so I am going to return the item

The programming for the bulb is pretty bad and I accidentally put it in pairing mode after it was already set up and can’t get it working again!!

Bulbs are great getting bt router to pick up on them isn't great but you tube had a helpful video will be buying more very happy I have purchased 4 so far no issues

After falling to get it going I read the paper work and it was a breeze no prob plenty bright Alexa turned it on off up and down even chained the colours .great

This product was great to begin with, worked absolutely fine and was able to control it with alexa. After about a week all of the colours stopped working and I was only able to use it as a white light. I contacted the company a couple of months back and they said they would send me a new one but I still haven't received it yet and doubt I will!

Takes a fair bit of set up and that can be quite confusing but it’s very good once it’s set up really bright and easy to navigate the app, very impressed
