CanDo10-1776 MVP Balance System, 16" Diameter Board

Bought this to use while standing at my desk while working. I like that it has a flat surface with grips built in the plastic. It’s fun to try to balance on. Quality seems to be good. I wish there was a wooden version of this board to go with the ball attachments which are sold separately. If not using this on carpet you will need a mat as there is no grip on the ball attachments. Wish there was some padding to make this more comfortable when using barefoot.

Bought this to help with rehab of a broken ankle to go along at home with the work I've been doing at PT. It would have been nice to purchase the exact models the clinic used, but those were 2+ times more expensive. This seems like a great, solidly build alternative, and I like the fact that the balls are replaceable so I can tweak the difficulty. But beware that if you're trying to match it to a board of a different brand, the colors won't necessarily match -- I made that mistake initially (and also bought too small a board... the clinic used a 19" board, and I initially bought a 16" board thinking this one would have been too large... wrong-o!).

The picture shows that with one set of the balance balls. But it didn't come with any so then I had to order a set of them from somebody else. Frustrating.

I purchased this after seeing on some YouTube videos recommending it. It's comparable to having a BAPS board at home, which has been very helpful for me to do physical therapy exercises at home for achilles tendonitis. Everyone in my family just likes to see if they can just balance on it! Anyway, it's a nice size - not too big or bulky & a nice add to my collection of home exercise equipment.

Yes I too was fooled by the product picture. There is no ball included. Also, the descriptions says that it is 2 inches high. That is not correct and suggest your getting a ball.

It's my fault really. I didn't read that it was only for the Balance Board and did not include even just a starter size. I was very disappointed in that I have to admit. So now Ive had to go back and order a set of 3 sizes just to get the free shipping again... ugh oh well lesson learned: read product description more carefully.This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter to improve her balance for cheer so I can't comment on how well it works yet.

Bought this after seeing it demo'd by Bob and Brad the most famous and humble PT's on the internet. After a few short weeks of doing simple exercises I can feel the difference in my lower leg problems. I think that it will help keep me out of surgery for sometime to come

I ordered the complete set of this item. Unfortunately only part of it came in the box. I tried to call and email to get the missing items but was u successful. I tried to return it but my return code emailed to me wasn’t correct. Amazon told me to cancel the return and request new return and when I did that, it says I can no longer return the item. This is very poor customer service. You pay for an item, ALL parts should be included. It should be easy to let Amazon know this but it isn’t. Then Amazon makes it extremely difficult to return with providing a code that won’t work. Ridiculous.

BALLS NOT INCLUDED ok it does say "board only" a couple of times so my fault for not reading description thoroughly.However I think both the picture and description where it talks about balls! are misleading.Sending it back on principle !

The picture shows a ball, there are none. This should be stated in the description. Description of the dimensions is false (50.8 cm not 76.2 + 2.3 cm not 5.1 cm).With common socks, the board surface is slippery. Without socks, it hurts a little. I will try with special socks because it's better to use without shoes in case of physical therapy.The positive point is that the instability balls can be changed. I've bought two blue balls for rocker board (or just one for wooble board) and one red ball for wobble board. Wobble board is more difficult with a little ball than with a big one.

Very disapointed. The board came without the instability ball, so it was in fact useless. It needs to be made absolutely clear that this is an incomplete product
