I'm a contractor and I ordered this for my own home. Kitchen faucets can be difficult to install simply because of the lack of access below. This faucet makes one of the steps easier as it doesn't require a special wrench to tighten it. It has a unique system where you hand tighten it, then use a long Phillips head screw driver to secure the rest of it. The quality is great, works well and looks great. Seems to be built solid.
