I bought this as an alternative to the name-brand attachment. It fits perfectly in my Kitchen Aid and works just as I expected. I have made a few batches of pasta with this tool and they have turned out super well. I am not pasta expert but all the portions of the tool operate as they should. I didn’t wanna spring for the more expensive namebrand version of a pasta maker because I didn’t know how dedicated I would be to making pasta. This device is great. It goes right in my KitchenAid and it’s so easy to use. I have made pasta over a dozen times now and each time I’ve had no problem. I use four eggs, 3 cups of flour and a little water if it’s needed and the dough always comes thru this device great!

Product is very well made and works great. I wish it had covers for the slots you aren't using. You have to be careful not to let the dough droop into the wrong slot when using the device. We were trying to thin the dough but the back end fell in the spaghetti cutter. Whoops...

I am in love! This tool is very easy to use and just as easy to clean. It works perfectly with my KitchenAid mixer, fits perfectly. It might have a plastic exterior but the mechanisms are metal, it's sturdy and heavy, in a good way. I sheeted my pasta and made fettuccine like a pro and I'm excited to continue using it. Be sure to flour your dough between uses to avoid sticking.

First time making pasta and using this attachment! Easy!!! Of course, I say that, but I had my husband as supervisor in case I needed assistance. None needed. Just follow the simple instructions. Easy to clean. Comes in a nice box to store it in. To our surprise, the attachment is heavier than expected. Love this attachment?

Works great!

Just bought this attachment for my kit hen aid and it really works great! My son and ai made home made pasta- more him and I and it really helped to get the pasta thin. It’s really easy to use and so far we are really happy with it! Nice that it comes with a brush. You can make, fettuccine, spaghetti, lasagna and ravioli with this machine. The lasagna and ravioli would have to be cut my hand but you can use the middle piece to roll it out very think before you cut!

プレス機能しか使用しておりませんが、あっと言う間に極薄にプレスされ大満足です。ただし、機械に投入する前にあらかじめ麺棒で延ばす必要が有ります。しかし、これと言って苦に成らない程度です。餃子の皮作りは、手持ちの他の機械で作るより、これを使用した方が仕上がりが早いです。買って良かったです。皆さんにお勧めしたいです。追伸、この商品は、思いの外重いのでキッチンエイドミキサーに装着する際、落とさないで下さいね。

Bought this for my parents. They were using a hand-crank noodle machine, which is fine and all, but they're getting older, and they're not in good health. So enter this attachment. It is super easy to attach and use. It takes a bit of playing around with it to get the feel of what it does with dough, but it cuts down on how long it takes to make a batch of noodles. And a lot less effort. We thought it would be too high sitting on the countertop, but it wasn't a problem. It was about shoulder height, which worked well, and it gave plenty of space underneath to catch the dough pieces coming out. We did notice that with the fine noodle cutter, it would sort of cut some of the noodles but not separate them. It looked like there was one piece of the blade that wasn't sharp enough or something. But interestingly enough, that resolved itself with cooking the noodles. All in all, a good investment. They didn't have to ponder very long about whether to keep it or not. They are quite happy with it.
