I bought this mug warmer as I'd been contemplating getting one as I'm one of these people who tend to forget theyre brew is sat going cold while scrolling online,then remember when it's maybe an hour or more later..I really hate wasting my favourite drink,so some may think I'm gross but idgaf,I either neck it cold,or microwave it back up! I honestly did not hold out much hope on this product as i had read reviews on most of the other mug warmers on amazon and folk say 'they're o.k but..."However i'm happy to say that i honestly can't fault it!It even warms huge cups up as I have them b-i-g sports direct cups and they're pretty thick pot,this warms them brilliantly as well as smaller finer mugs..I would go as far as to say it would warm soup in a mug,or even soup in like a cerial bowl..its a small version of a ceramic hob only 1 ring.I have even put a cup of milk on there straight from the fridge and after around 8-10 minutes its boiling hot!!One thing I will say so please be mindful isI had at some point chipped the very bottom of one of my big sports direct cups,i thought nothing of it as it hadn't gone nowhere near the inside of the mug,there were no cracks or nothing was visible on the inner side or outer,but after 2 or 3 times on this mug warmer it found the "weak spot" and caused it to crack and seperate..luckily it was on a work top so wasn't burned..I hate to think of it,if had been my 82 year old dad holding it,or even myself when it literally split apart! It was full of undiluted tea (no milk)straight from the kettle..!!!However,i've got to put my hands up and say that was 100% totally my own stupid fault,I never thought the small chip on the underside of the mug would eventually cause it to split apart as they really are a very very thick & dense cup..but this mug warmer literally cooked it again & split it!!You live and learn..Please make sure your cup/bowl is in perfect condition👌 before placing it on the mug heater,as it really does get super hot!WARNING....The warmer itself gets proper super scalding hot on the very last setting,setting 5!!!!Even 4 is stupidly hot..!It also starts to heat up INSTANTLY as soon as a setting selection is made,or the button is pressed to find a 1 to 5 settingIt gets 'warm' VERY VERY fast..warm to the point of 'dont touch again'..that is only within 5-6 seconds!It is also very very sensitive..if something is accidentally pressed up against it that you know nothing of,it can turn it on!It is 'supposed' to stay off even though a setting is selected and continues to flash until a mug is placed on it..Mine does this,but then stops flashing and still warms up with nothing on it,which is a very scary thought if you have children or unruly pets!Just something to bare in mind!PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN OR PETS ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PRODUCT WHILE IN USE!It will genuinely take skin,fur your soul if touched when on!And will also melt your expensive 'salon' nails in a blink! Just don't be a numpty and use as directed..unlike myself who kicked my dogs water bowl over,had a wet sock,then got this "bright idea"💡to dry it on the mug warmer🙈🫣😬😖😲😳..it melted the sock where it had a huge hole you could put your fist in and out of!..was gutted..it was a brand new sock 😆One more thing to add is once there is a spill or droplets of tea,coffee,hot chocky or soup on the ceramic plate it stinks..If the cup is left on for over 5-7 minutes with the droplets still on it,it stinks as well.. it smells like its burning the contents of the mug,but the smell does not penetrate through to the drink itself!You can smell the burn smell on the outer side of the mug when you go for a drink,but the drink itself tastes absolutely fine..it does not transfer through to the contents!And lastly when cleaning the mug warmer,me personally have found that a clean razor blade cleans brilliantly without scratching..if you angle the blade,it cleans not just the surface stains but will remove ring marks that have burned in while it's been on...i tried a wet wipe at first..no chance,then a sponge scourer & wash deergent..still nothing..then a scrubbing brush,then scrub daddy...still couldn't get the rings out that seem to be beneath the surface..so I tried a single brand new razor and found that worked great..I persevered as I didn't want to scratch it..eventually scraping at an angle,wiping with a wet wipe,and then drying with kitchen roll brings it up like brand new..so much so that i then could see my wrinkles ffs!😞Anyway all in all,it does exactly what it's supposed too.I won't be without it now!!..butPLEASE PLEASE heed my warning and be super cautious if you buy one and you have kids or pets ...one touch on the fingers or paws will literally and instantly BURN severely and take skin & fur!!The heat kicked out of such a little unit,in such a extreme short amount of time is proper crazy!!But at the end of the day it is a cup/mug warmer and does do exactly what it's supposed to do!!Tried to cover what I could think of and leave a fair reviewHope this helps anybody who has made it to the bottom of this "essay review",and not be comatose! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Good luck & be careful!

This was my 4th attempt at a mug warmer - it is genuinely perfect. None of the others would keep my tea warm - I drink from a single walled tempered glass. This beast does it perfectly and I never even use settings 4 or 5!!!!

I love this coffee warmer, it's great for keeping my coffee warm and allowing me to take my time over it. I'm bedbound due to pain right now and before this if my drink went a bit cold I have to ask my poor partner for another one or go without. And I strongly dislike cold coffee and tea.Perks:It has 5 heat settings which is great as I like to keep my coffee drinkable but don't want to make it hotter and a number '3' or '4' is perfect for this. A '5' will completely reheat a cold drink and bring to a scalding hot temperature if left for a little while which is a great feature.Downside:The machine soften emits is a highly annoying high pitched sound that my partner can't really hear but drives me a bit crazy at times. Even though this annoys me I haven't returned it because I love it so much and I figured that it's probably going to be the same if I try another brand. for me, even though I'm very sound sensitive it's still worth keeping as I love the pros. I used it everyday.Be careful picking up your cup if it has been on a high setting, I've burnt my hand a couple of times, but that's the nature of a hot cup so I can't fault the manufacturer for that.

This is without doubt a nicely manufactured product that is nicely boxed and presented.......it is Made in China and guess what.......it actually works as it should without any issues whatsoever so that is a real bonus !! I will have no hesitation in giving this as a birthday gift to a friend. Definitely good value for money and not something that I will be returning to Amazon !! Thank You China.

Keeps my tea hot for hours when l fall asleep

It is somewhat larger than expected - photo shows it next to a sky q remote. It keeps my coffee hot in a mug with a concave bottom and even the cup in photo which has a tiny surface on the bottom. Best to keep it at setting 5 if t your tea the same temp as it was when freshly brewed or 4 for coffee. As you get less liquid in the cup or mug it gets a bit too hot so dial it down one notch.My entire luge of 55 years I have only ever drunk three quarters of a cup of tea as i dislike it when it isn’t piping hot and now finally a solution.Don’t bother with any other mug warmer if you y to keep your drink as hot as it was when brewed- it took me ages to find one that not only had enough heat power but also worked well enough with concave bottomed mugs. Very pleased.

I have had this for couple days now and it’s great. Soon as it arrived I made a coffee and tried it out strait away and was super happy that 10 minutes later my coffee was like it just came out the kettle 🤩 super happy. So the next day I let my coffee cool down a little and stuck it on setting 4 and wow my coffee was super hot this is brilliant no more cold coffee for me is what I keep saying lol. It has 5 settings on a flush push button design. When you select a number it flashes until you place cup/mug on it then the number becomes constant. You can’t feel any heat coming off it but it’s working. Has a fairly decent length lead too. Buying a slightly more expensive version is really a better move then the cheaper ones I believeYour paying for quality in this case. I don’t have a bad word to say about it so if your looking at this one get it you won’t be disappointed. I give this 10/10 easily.
