HP Envy 6010 All-in-One MFP Color A4

I took advantage of the monthly payment of £1-99 for 50 copies a month and free ink which is automatically sent when the ink is running low. Other options are available to those needing more. Great printer and smart looking too. A good buy

I know that HP printers can be difficult to set up and to be fair this was (initially) fairly quick BUT it proved impossible to set up Instant Ink despite 400 WhatsApp's over 3 days taking 9 hours (Plus 2 hours with Virgin Media)I used the HP ChatBot (useless) called the HP helpdesk (again useless and she cut me off).I then resorted to WhatsApp. Shivender was cheery and optimistic but 7 hours on the first day left me in tears of frustration & tiredness. I never managed to produce the necessary printer code despite reverting to default factory setting, switching off the printer and router several times. Was sent links to 135 pages of manual (unreadable on an iPhone).We tried again the next day and I was left with no printer function at all from iMac or Iphone so after 2 hours gave up.I thought I’d got it to work this morning but it only took my credit card details (hmm) and failed to send confirmation email. Meanwhile the cartridges are 1/2 used already (not to mention the paper) and I'm cross that I'm not getting the three'free' months. Oh and and my printer still 'thinks' it's in Germany....It is a nice little printer and can even do double sided (draft mode) but what a hassle and I doubt HP will be bothered to respond.They leave it all to the hardworking team in India (as does Virgin Media) who are knowledgable and helpful but have no authority whatsoever. Who would believe that there are no managers eh??Update Another 4 hours today as although I logged onto the router again & allocated printer to 2.4Hhz it still needs the SSIDs to be renamed and I don’t have access to that. VMs Rescue Gadget team may be able to do that but they charge & the other changes they did have reverted.So sadly have to return it.Does anyone know where I can get a mimeograph?

Bought this for the home / office. Connected easily once I'd installed the HP App & scrolled through the endless dialogue boxes & requests to sign up for overpriced automated ink deliveries.However, the printer just would not maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection, even when it was inches from the hub. Printing & scanning was way slower than my other wireless printer (a Canon) in the house on the few occasions it co-operated & connected. Even when plugged in via a cable it would still go all sulky & routinely refuse to go print or scan. Tried it on a couple of devices as well.Very disappointed.

Der Drucker wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Die Verpackung war tadellos. Der Drucker wurde ohne Mängel geliefert. Der Aufbau ist sehr schnell und die Installation ist Kinderleicht. App herunterladen und registrieren! Der Drucker wird dann mit den Haus WLAN verbunden. Sobald die Verbindung steht, wird der Drucker ausgerichtet, dass macht er quasi fast alleine und schon kann man drucken. Die Druck Qualität ist einwandfrei, auch Farben werden super wieder gegeben. Die Geschwindigkeit ist hervorragend. Optisch ist der Drucker wirklich schön, bei uns verschwindet er ins Interieur und fällt somit garnicht auf. Die LED Beleuchtung ist ein netter Begleiter an Drucker und wertet die Optik des Druckers auf. Zu dem Lieferumfang gehören probe Patrone, zwei Strom Stecker (Standart und Dreipolig) Garantie und Handbuch mehrsprachig. Der Drucker kann per Touch direkt bedient werden, per App gesteuert oder mit anderen Geräten (Laptop, Computer, usw) angesteuert werden. Auch das verbinden mit neuen Geräten ist innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden erledigt. Ich kann hier eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen und wir sind super zufrieden mit dem Drucker.

Buona stampante ma io l'ho collegata via USB al PC HP utilizzando HP SUPPORT ASSISTANTNon ho ancora provato a collegarla wifi.....a leggere le istruzioni mi pare molto complicato

Die Installation bedarf etwas Zeit und Geduld aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Einfaches schnelles und sauberes Drucken, egal ob vom Handy oder PC aus.
