Seemed duplicate. Smell was not like the ones used earlier. Lot of smoke. Crumbling on holding lightly. All the sticks were moist. Not rolled properly with with paper rolled inwards that burns with the contents.

First time I order and got a high quality sticks, so I ordered again and got a different box with horrible quality crumbling and fast burning sticks that don't even smell like moxa. Very disappointing, and they refuse to refund or change the product!
