Way Better than the Voyager 2
Bought this after a disappointing purchase in the Voyager 2. This definitely does the job; very clear and simple to use. I’ve had the Savi 720 since 2014 and it’s been very consistent. I hope this model lasts as long, if not longer, than it’s previous version.

This works perfect with Cisco 7841, auto answers, comfortable to wear. Exactly what I was looking for!

Not the best
I was looking for a headset for our employees to connect directly to their desk phones instead of a soft Bluetooth. These do connect to the phone however, you do not have the option to toggle back and forth with the headset and handset. You also have to hit your headset icon button to answer calls even if you are wearing the head set. The microphone seems to block out background noise decently but there is always a little static no matter what setting they are one. I switched back to another Poly product that connect to the phone via hardwire and also has Bluetooth capability if you are needing a wireless experience.
