Not working at all! Black Screen after on for 1 minute
It's not working at all.I charged the device through the USB cable provided for 4-5 hours, and there is an image showing a green battery (fully charged) so I unplugged the device. Then I switched it on, I realised the screen is too bright for me, so I went to settings immediately, and selected the "Lum", there are 5 lvs and when I tried to move it down to 3, the device went dead, screen blacked, totally unresponsive.and can't be switch on again! And I realised that the TF card slot has something already inserted, but since I cannot remove it, I am not sure what's inserted. And I assume this maybe an return item, and I am really frustrated!

Très bon baladeur mais problème carte sd
Tout d'abord je suis satisfait du baladeur avec un son de qualité et facile d'utilisation mais je veux augmenter la carte sd à l'intérieur qui peut aller jusqu'à 128go. J'ai acheté une micro carte sd Sandisk Ultra de 64 go mais il ne la détecte pas quelqu'un aurai une solution pour que cela fonctionne
