can you cut this to desired length

Yes, you can. There should be markings on the strip where it can be cut without damaging the lighting. Look for a small scissors icon and a dotted or dashed line marking on the strip. That's where you can cut it.

Is each one of the three led strip 60" long (180" total) or do all three led strips total 60"?

They add up to 180". Each strip is 60" long.

Does this need a wiring harnes to go to fuse panel or battery on standard pickup truck?

It does have a fuse built into the harness. If you hook it up to a light that has power you don’t need to hook it up to a fuse panel. But it does need power like any light does.

Is the button waterproof?

Hi Sir, this switch is not waterproof. If you want to use it outdoors, we suggest that you take some protective measures for the switch.
