Extremely helpful in deadlifts, pullups, standing machine shoulder shrug, overhead shoulder press, bench press, one-arm dumbbell row, and even dumbbell bicep curls. Hope that helps. **Q: One size fits all? Only see one size for sake** A: One size fits all - the wrist wrap is adjustable. **Q: Does the buckle dig into your wrist? and How do you rate it for doing exercises like pull-ups (where the strap folds inward, under and over)?** A: The buckle should not dig into the wrist as the material covering the buckle is a very thick, plush neoprene. It can be used for pull-ups but is more specifically design for rowing movements instead. **Q: Is it a pair?** A: yes, sold as a pair. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 *by A***C on 30 July 2026* Comfortable and easy to use.
