It’s a generous size with a small entrance to keep warmth in the igloo. This igloo is proving to be sturdy and substantial. I’m impressed with the quality. It’s thick material is low pile so the cats absolutely adore it. On the first day the first cat went in it to keep warm through the colder nights indoors. On the second day, the other cat used it. So I’m going to order another one so they have one each. Cats are particular. They know what they like & don’t like. They use their ‘cosy pads’ from Danish Designs, which inspired me to get them igloos. Well done Danish Designs.

I have bought several danish design dog crate mats and dog beds over the years and they lasted well but had never considered one of their blankets to protect my furniture. I have two Cocker spaniels and a Cockapoo and have bought many sofa protectors, throws and blankets that didn't stand up to even one lively little dog getting comfortable with his humans. At last I have found something thick enough and heavyweight enough to stay in place. They look smart and I like the fact that the paw prints suggest they're for use of the dogs, not that I made hubby sleep on sofa and he didn't tidy away the evidence. I bought two large blankets which although expensive, so far seem worth the money. A large blanket covers the seat and arms of the armchair comfortably and two seats of our three seater sofa are taken up by the second blanket. An extra large size would be useful to fully cover a 3 seater sofa but I have to remember that us humans are entitled to some sofa space too. My previous danish design dog bedding has washed well and it can be tumble dried but dries quickly out on the line anyway. I only wish I'd discovered these large blankets ages ago, could have saved myself a fortune trying out far inferior products.

My cat will only use this igloo, slightly different from most others, higher opening might mean she feels safer, better shape than usual. Now she won't go back to ordinary igloo I have had to buy this second one for different room. More expensive but much better design for the cat and that's what matters. Substantial and roomy as well as more hidey-hole. (She is a scaredy-cat). So I have wasted money on cheap one, will donate to charity. Wish had just bought this in the first place.

Great size double thickness fleece blanket for pointer-sized dog. Have had several of these blankets over the years - they wash and dry well.

This igloo is absolutely amazing and I really cannot find one negative thing to say about it. It is such good quality, nice thick walls, all well padded. Super cute outside design too, looks really good. Also as soon as my cat saw it she took to it straight away and we haven't been able to get her out since. For people worrying about size, our cat is medium/large and there is plenty of room in it for her.
