I also tried them on a nylon fabric waist bag. The heat started to melt the nylon and it got a little warped and the patch started to melt a little in one spot. Maybe the iron was hotter or maybe that particular patch had less heat resistance. I wouldn’t definitely consider the fabric you plan to adhere the patches too. If you can’t heat the fabric hot enough the patches won’t stick, but you don’t want to melt your items either.
