I had been looking at some similar products on TV but my Doctor recommended this particular one. He uses it for gout & neuropathy on himself. I have had recent muscle loss & he recommended that I try this. This one was considerably less in price. I have had this since Christmas & have used it daily since. It is easy to use. I have bought many things which sound good in theory but then you never use because it not convenient. I have not had it long enough to really determine if it will help build back the muscle mass but I can feel soreness in my legs so I guess it is doing something. Just sit & let it do the work for you. The price & quality make it worth trying if you need exercise and muscle movement in your legs.

Easy to use and gives a light to moderate work out. I really like it, plus I can walk rain or shine.

This is a great way to exercise after having knee replacement surgery. It not only works your knees but I can feel it in my hips. A great little machine when you can't get outside due to health or weather. I actually looked for one on Buy sell sites and found that Amazon was a better bargain. I'm happy with it.

I like this better than I thought I would. It is quiet, rolls easily, and is nonstressful to the feet and legs. Easy to use. The only thing that I do not like is that it is kind of big or odd-shaped equipment, I keep it in one place.

Got it for my wife who was rehabbing her knee after an injury and ended up using it myself while on the iPad or watching TV. I thought she would like the power functions, but like me she prefers the manual setting. I recommend getting a non-skid rubber mat if you don’t have it on a rug or carpet, cause it will slide. You might want to get a suitable short extension cord as well since it only comes with a 4 foot cord attached.

I ordered this to take to work and use it under my desk as I sit more than 8 hours daily. I started using it this morning and I can tell it is working. My legs are burning, and I can feel it even in my hips. I have become sedentary due to my job, and this is going to be great. Now I can get some much-needed movement in my legs.

the first one work about 2 weeks then i had a problem with it not starting.I returned it got new one in two days it works great. I use it every day and i'm feeling great! good buy

There is no resistance control. The description is misleading. I actually bought a different brand and liked it but wanted resistance control. So I watched a Youtube video that explained that this brand has the resistance control. Great. So I bought this one and after a very quick test, I decided to keep the other one. Based on the reviews and description of the unit on Amazon, it is very confusing as to what you will actually get. I ended up returning this as it was not as quiet as the one I have, and it certainly has no resistance control. You can control speed only.
