I needed a flat bench that was sturdy and strong enough for me to lift heavy on. I saw this and was a bit cautious due to the very low price. I am very pleased. The bench looks the part and has great build quality that is nicely finished. I had concerns about it being too narrow but its fine. I like how low it is to the ground. All in all a really nice solid bench that does the job for a low price. Great addition to my home gym. Winner.

Everything is good, but we cant sit middle of bench once side, bit weak support. For lying down exerices giod

Light and strong max weight so far 250kg

Seems quite sturdy. It holds my 118kg bodyweight and my largest home dumbells which are 45kg each. Only problem is the bench could be a bit longer as I have to sit right on the end with the dumbells otherwise when I lie down my head is hanging off the other end. I heard a loud crack the other morning which was the board cracking. I am not very tall either (182cm) it is still usable but the end of the bench has a little slope. I wouldnt buy again.
