Coat meat with spices from the white colored sachet and deep fry for 3 mins till golden brown. 2. Heat wok with oil. Stir fry onion and capsicums for ½ min. 3. Turn off fire. Add in meat and spices from black-colored sachet and stir fry for another ½ min. Serve hot.
