Awesome fins !!!!!
I absolutely love these fins. Tried em all. These are great for my style of snorkeling. Not too stiff and just the right flex for knee kick style. Snorkel several times a week here in Maui. Soft comfortable boot no need for booties or socks. I wear size 8 so I have the small. Nice snug fit. Hang em up fo dry wen pau. Use da puka at the end of da fin. Pono kine. Mahalos ScubaPro.

Lighter version of foot-pocketed boot fins
I have been using Seawing Nova fins for years.Until I bought these ones, I have exclusively used the foot-pocketed version instead. They provide excellent propulsion and are very comfortable. The spring strap retainers are well built and bullet proof. And in white... you rarely have any trouble identifying which fins are yours on the dive boat when back at the dock. Although... you will get some comments too (fashion faux-pas, why did you choose white, not very cool are they etc etc) but your dive buddy/wife/partner/chum will also have no trouble identifying which diver is you when at 100 feet down. However, the problem with the foot pocketed ones is that they are bulky and heavy, plus you need your dive boots with them too. If you are diving for short dives and in warmer climates you don't need the boots and hence, these fins are a great alternative. They pack up smaller, they weigh less, they don't require dive boots yet they still provide similar levels of control and speed when you need it.I have the X-Large size in both these and the foot pocketed ones. There is a very clear difference in the size of the blades. The blades on the foot pocketed ones (ie not the ones I am reviewing here) are wider and longer. I could say you notice the difference but honestly I don't think you would unless you were doing a side by side comparison in the water which of course, you are not going to do!I am a size 13 shoe and take the X-Large size. I use the foot pockets for deeper/longer dives where I need to keep warmer. If I am in the caribbean I use these ones instead.Hope this is useful

I really like these fins.
This is the second pair of ScubaProPro Seawing Full Foot fins I bought. Incidentally, I bought the second pair only because the first pair was stolen. I use them mostly for swimming and, much less frequently, for diving. They are fairly large and have a lot of thrust so they move you through the water easily and quickly. That's really nice when you're diving, but it is also great when you're swimming. When I'm swimming, they give me a lot of extra speed and the increased resistance gives me a better workout. Although I am not in a position to do quantitative comparisons to other fins, it's my sense that these are particularly efficient. I wear a size 10 shoe and the medium sized fins are a good fit.

Great fins - if you have good quad strength
Good design produces great thrust. Must get used to them - I fought them the first day & hated them, but began to get a feel for them the 2nd day. You do need good quad strength to propel these & get the thrust they can provide. Also uses hamstrings more noticeably. Tried these in Nov., & hadn’t swam regularly since Sept., so apparently leg strength was a little deconditioned. By end of week they were easy to use. (For next off-season trip, will just do stairs for a couple weeks before leaving). So.... good swimmers will like these; weak swimmers shouldn’t spend the $.

Comfortable, powerful
Been using these for open water ocean swimming pretty much daily for a couple of months now. First foot-pocket fin I've owned. Really happy with the fit, snug but no binding or pinch. Toes don't rattle or cramp in the pocket. Easy on and off. Lots of thrust, I can really scoot in these.

Perfect for snorkeling
I own several pairs of open heel fins for scuba diving, but on a recent snorkel trip I wanted a full foot pair of fins. The SeaWings full foot fins did an excellent job for surface swimming and gave me lots of power. The size fit perfectly

Only one fin delivered
Only one fin delivered. This meant that I didn't have the fins for snorkeling on for a vacation to Hawaii. This spoilt the vacation.

Great product, but not for feet with high arches
The fins are high quality, and felt light enough out of the water. I didn’t keep them because I have high arches, and even though ordered the next size up, the arches felt too tight. They were also too long for my feet, and they didn’t stay on when kicking. For reference, I wear a US women’s 7 W or 7.5 W and some styles wear Medium. generally a 38 UK size.
