Flimsy feeling
I like a little more firmness to the cup for moving massage cups. Probably better for stationary cupping. Careful though, they are very easy to squeeze and therefore you can suction a large amount of tissue - could be painful to they client without you realizing how much suction you have produced.

Skin firming/lip plumper/cellulite massager...
I recently purchased these cups while researching cellulite repair. What I learned was that the health of our skin and connective tissues is what determines if cellulite will show through or not. In order to repair our skin and supportive tissues we need the right nutrition from the inside -but- those nutrients are delivered to the skin through the blood supply. So anything that increases circulation and blood flow is going to help repair the skin and help cellulite. These little cups do a great job of getting the blood flowing, softening the tissues and helping the excess water build up get moving. They are a great size and with two of them I can do both legs at once and get my nightly massage done in half the time. They are small enough to use on my lower legs and help circulation in my calves and ankles. When I'm on y feet all day the swell a bit and these help take the puffiness away and relax my legs.I can honestly say that in addition to the right nutritional supplements, diet changes and my skin brushing routine I am definitely seeing improvements in my dimply legs! Not only that but my skin overall is looking firmer and more silky.I had been in the process of looking at those lip plumping devices recently as well but didn't like the prices I was seeing and the one I tried left a pink ring around my lips. I tried one of these the other day however, and got amazing results. My lips were a little too full in fact but when you first start lip pumping the results don't last very long. Eventually they will stay full for the whole day though. But with practice I have gotten the right suction down and am really liking the results. The rim is smooth too so no weird ring marks around my mouth, lol.As long as I have enough oil on my skin there is no suction problem. These are good quality cups and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their skin, reduce cellulite or... plump lips! Who knew?

Smaller than I expected; poor suction
These are the first I've ever purchased so I wasn't sure what to look for when purchasing. They are quite stiff and therefore don't get very good cupping action. The suction was weak and they fell off quite quickly. I've soaked them in hot water to try to make them more flexible but it didn't help. I will be trying a different brand.

Work Great! A Must Have For Cupping Fans
These small cups are the perfect size. They fit very well in the palm of your hands and are easy to squeeze and get a suction. Keep in mind these types of cups are best for myofascial cupping, not stationary cupping. In other words, they are good for massaging with the cups. If you put oil on your skin and then attach the cup, you can slowly slide it around creating a fascial release. These small cups are more intense than the larger ones. They provide a pretty strong grip so be careful. These will bring up some blood for sure and can leave red marks in areas where there is blood stagnation. Of course some marking is to be expected with cupping. In fact I get worried when people do not get marks because that signifies we are not getting blood movement and there might be a blood deficiency (talking TCM version of BD). However with the gliding techniques you get little specked hicky type marks. I don't neccessarily want to leave those all over the back. If you don't want that either, then lessen the suction or use the larger cups. In my opinion these smaller ones are good for small areas for specific work. For general work, I prefer the larger cups. The large ones do not have as much suction and so they do not draw up the blood as much and do not leave as much redness. Good for covering larger areas like the back and thighs to release the superficial tissues. The one thing I really love about using these cups is you don't have to use the hand suction tool like you do on other cupping sets. That becomes a pain when your doing gliding techniques and need to adjust the suction frequently. You will however still need a stationary cupping set if you want to end your session with stationary cupping along the meridians or restricted tissues since you need a lot more than 2 cups. It is more cost effective to buy the plastic stationary kits for that purpose.

Love these Cups
These are the best I've used. Half the size of their large cup (which i also have and like very much as well). This medium size is great for scapula or calves, shoulder pain, tendonitis, and anywhere deep work is desired. The large size is much firmer than the others, making it a bit harder to squeeze, but it feels great on bigger muscle, especially low back, glute area and thighs. I like the cups from this company better than any I have bought this far (I've bought 5 different cups now from several companies).A bit of advice, warm them up in hot water before using to make them more pliable. Use the large size for large muscle areas, but consider using the medium size for arms, neck, and around joints..for more precision.Either cup will make quick work of cellulite too, especially on thighs. Apply an oil like coconut oil and spread over thighs, then squeeze sides of cup, suction onto thigh. Use circular motions and upward strokes to increase drainage of toxins from the tissue.

Good for stationary cupping
There is a ridge around the open area that can be felt by the client as a scratch during gliding movements, holds good suction for stationary cupping, Easy to clean
