These pans are smaller than I originally thought, but they work well with my small toaster oven. It's the perfect size for a serving of enchiladas, roasted veges, - 2 burgers, bratwursts, breakfast sausage (if you oven like broil), and reheating breakfast casserole portions for 2. I cleaned and dried them with ease and they are a pleasure to the eyes, bright and beautiful. The handles makes it easy to grip without fear of dropping. Good purchase. I intend to have these the rest of my life.

In our house we have 2 people who dislike ricotta cheese 1 who dislikes meat in lasagna and 1 who likes it all... wich made making lasagna was such a chore and it was hardly ever made. Buying this made my life so much easier I could finally make everyone happy by making each their own! They are easy to clean, store and a great dish after everything's cooked!

the first day i received this baking pans of 2 i used them the first night.i choose the black they where $3.00 cheaper/ and i like the shiny black pans for serving at the table. i am a good baker so i do not always follow a recipe. i made simple home made bread pudding the way my grand mother taught me grease with butter the pan add some milk to a bowl add some Watkins baking vanilla add some Watkins cinnamon and a dash of salt 1 use two eggs it makes it spongy break up some bread about 6 to 8 piece does not need to be fresh. i like my bread pudding made with day old bread. but i had non so i used fresh. place bread in greased pan mix eggs and all other ingredients in the bowl pour over bread.bake 45 minutes at 350 the pans are good for two people or just the right size for one with left overs. i looked for pans with handles these are the best i seen easy to remove from the oven and place on set table.i am now going to buy the small boxes of jiffy mix for corn bread, pumpkin bread, banana bread and blueberry those small package are perfect for these pans. price for 2 pans under 30.00 dollars

I love shopping for baking dishes that are the right size to fit in my convection toaster oven, which has about 13.5” of room. Few are clear what the measurements are, and whether they include handles. More confusing is that there are two sizes of these dishes. Too small and just right.These (the 10.5” x 8”) are perfect. First, they go in a convection oven, so you want space for air to circulate around them. The handles are open, allowing for more circulation. I have a bigger dish that just fits in my Breville 845. But I got the toaster oven to avoid the big oven, and I’m cooking for one. I like easy to use and easy to clean. I like lasagna too. If you buy the no-boil lasagna sheets, they fit perfectly in these casseroles. It holds enough for dinner for two, or two servings for one.Not cheap, but the matte black ones (they’re glossy inside) are really stylish and they’ll look great from the oven to table. Only thing lacking is a lid to cover the leftovers. IKEA makes a silicone one for a few dollars I hear works well.

Just the right size for two people....

I've used these dishes several time since recently purchasing, and they are attractive, cute smaller baking/serving dishes that I use in the oven at 400 degrees. Good addition to my kitchen.

I just really like this set of smaller casserole pans because I can make a lasagna or casserole to have that night and freeze half of the assembled recipe for later without too much leftovers. Most casserole pans are for a family of four or more which we no longer need on a daily basis. This will mean less food waste for us!

I bought these originally to use as gifts filled with lasagna. They are just what I wanted, and the perfect size. I was afraid they wouldn’t be deep enough but they are. I made one recipe of lasagna and split it into two of these ceramic dishes and gave to two different people as gifts, who are both very difficult by for. One person shared it that very same night with a friend as it makes enough for two easily, and the other person is eating it over a three day period as leftovers. I’m thinking I will order more so I can make double casseroles, eat one and freeze the other to pull out on nights when I don’t want to cook or for having someone over. I love the feel and the style. They are easy to work with and not heavy like a traditional lasagna pan, but still thick. They just look good, empty if filled. I’m a fan.
