So glad I read the reviews! It does run small. I debated for a long time which size to get then I saw the review about the new born being really small so I jumped and got the 3-6mo (small) size. It’s my month old perfectly! He’s about 22” long and he’s almost 10 lbs he has room to grow into it but it fits great.As far as if it helps him sleep, I’d say yes. Mine had pretty bad tremors when he was asleep that would wake him up constantly but he has to have his arms up and hands by his face. Because of the caps on his arm he’s still able to get his arms where he’s comfortable and he doesn’t get the tremors anymore helping him stay asleep! It’s taken a little bit for him to get use to it but he’s adapting well!

This is not one of those success stories like other parents have had where their 2 month old sleeps through the night, but this swaddle has significantly helped my now 8 week old sleep better, and for slightly longer stretches. He is formula fed so according to everyone and everything he should be able to go 4 hours between feedings, but he can’t, he usually can only make it 2. That being said when I ordered this out of desperation he had been waking up every hour and then taking 30 minutes to eat 1 or 2 ounces (and refusing to eat any more) then he’d fall back asleep for 30-45 minutes . I was exhausted. He had been sleeping in a love to dream swaddle because he hated putting his hands by his side, but he was quickly outgrowing it and I was desperate, so I ordered the nested bean. The first night he slept for 2 hour stretches! That was a win in my book! It got slightly better from there with him sleeping 4 hours for his first stretch of the night and then 2 hours each time after that. So I was getting somewhat better sleep finally! So for me, this swaddle was helpful, but it is not magical. Your 2 month old most likely won’t sleep through the first night you put them in this, but hopefully it lets you get a few more REM cycles inAs far as quality goes, this swaddle is amazing. The fabric feels heavy duty and soft, I think it’ll last us through future children as well, and it seems to get softer with each wash. The stitching is all well done and the overall design of the swaddle is hard to beat. Having the inside swaddle to either hold their arms down or hug their stomach is great and helps him feel secure. The leg room is adequate, my kid is tall and doesn’t like to have his legs restricted so I think he’ll definitely outgrow it faster than most babies , but it seems like a normal amount of leg room compared to other clothes 3-6 clothes that he wears.Overall it really is a great swaddle and it has helped him sleep better. Just don’t be tricked by other reviews that tell you their kid slept for crazy amounts of time at a super young age, that probably won’t happen to you, but it probably will help you get more sleep than you are right now!

I originally bought the newborn size. Baby was 10lbs and 2mo - it was way too tight around the torso and the arms didn't fit in the sleeve caps. Returned it and bought the Small & fits better.In our experience, this hasn't been a game changer, though its been a nice option to have. He's 3mo now and transitioning out of swaddles, so this is a helpful design option. The arms up helps with baby having his hands and reducing the impact of startles. The weighted areas are a nice touch, but don't see a significant improvement in sleep because of it.We tried at least 5 different swaddle and transition swaddles, this one doesn't stand out. For the cost, the value hasn't been there for us. It's a nice to have, not a must have.

It worked very well the first night with my 10lbs baby, who’s only 2 months. It’s stretchy, and well made, however there is no way this will fit him past 4 months.Make sure you wash it immediately. Like some of the other reviews, it comes out with a strong smell.My son slept 6.5 hours the first night but that’s only because I was worried about how hungry he’d be and woke him. He went on to sleep another 2 hours after.*** updating my review***We liked the Zen One, but he only fits a 3-6 month which is meant for a 13Lb + baby, and ours is 9, and the 3-6 month barely fit him, however the hazard is the beans are too heavy for him since he’s only 9lbs.So much potential, however poor execution and a safety hazard.

Little one calmed down really fast and slept most of the night.

My baby is only 7 weeks, the 3-6 months one can’t zip up… don’t think he is too big for his age - around 70% percentile. I like the design and the features, but disappointed I can’t use it at all.

Bought this outta despair when my 6 weeks old baby wouldn't sleep and it worked for us. He's our 4th and never felt the need to use such products on his older siblings but I gotta say it works well for both nighttime and naps, my baby started actually napping for the first time in his life in this. He never wanted to nap ever before that, not in the swing, not in the car seat, sometimes in the baby carrier but it's not always useful to baby wear but this works great and our baby is way more rested now.

Although I love the design, there are a few things that would stop me from giving 5 stars.Number one: Sizing. As previous reviews stated, the sizing seems to be a little odd. I used this for my 2 week old and I can already see it will be too small in a couple of weeks.Number two: I find the neck way too high. It really seems to bother my LO having the neck up so high, either the zipper or neckline rub against her neck/chin causing her to wake.Number three: I find it very tricky to dress babe as this swaddle makes her very warm.
