Just beautiful. Husband loves it but I have a little difficulty with getting the right temp. Probably just me. Fits well in my new shower.

Just what I needed at a really great price. The packaging is great quality and give me confidence that the product is also.all parts were included even the mix master that goes behind the wall and a tiny Allen wrench for installation. The quality of the product is greater than I expected.

This is a beautiful fixture. The only downfall is the threading on the shower is poor and very hard to adjust to keep from leaking, which we were aware of from other reviews. After using plumbers table and still having drips , we used pipe dope which took care of the problem. The plumber indicated it is improper machining of the threads but if you know to use the pipe dope it will take care of the issue. Otherwise, we are very pleased.

This is a nice set. The black however scratches easily.

The diverter didn’t hold the water from flowing out of the showers heads while the tub faucet was on. Adjusting this problem required the water pressure to be very weak. Wish I could return it. This product had a limited return window which was outside the time that I had this product installed. If the company wants to stand by customer satisfaction, please reach out to me and accept my return and provide to me a full refund.

Overall and really good quality product. Shower pressure is great and I love that you can adjust it. Install is difficult if you don’t know what you are doing, since instructions are not provided. There were some pieces that I was not sure what their purpose was and you have to be careful to not scratch the paint when installing.

This was very easy to install, looks great, works great, and we purchased at a good price.

Installed the shower body in the wall, everything fit as it should with no leaks. I tile and grout the shower, install everything outside the wall and both the stationary and handheld leak like crazy. If I use the stationary shower head, the hand held leaks….if I use the handheld, the stationary leaks. I need someone to contact me about this….I can’t return this item because it’s been mounted inside the wall

Expensive and not functional for

I have installed this fixture in about 7 bathroom renovations without any issues. I've never had any issues with the product and have never had to contact the company for parts as it is already a solid product

Work great.cheap tefflon tape that come with it. buy yourself some good oneshow head wasn't sealing right in the begining not hreading far enoug if i remember correctly. add a ticker oring

I ignored the reviews that said this leaked, but that was a mistake. This faucet leaks, we’ve spent days trying to fix it and it’s impossible. The valve also doesn’t work with pex pipes so if you have pex you’ll have to buy adapters for the valve. Now we have fully installed the shower set and it leaks so we are stuck turning off the water to the bathroom. Very disappointed, DO NOT BUY. Spend the money and buy a quality shower faucet.

Leaked from the start. Despite buying multiple things from the hardware store to fix it, the leak continued.
