feeling the benifits
I've been wearing without training and I'm feeling the benefits already. It is comfortable to wear

If you like breathing through a straw,this is ya tool.
Great training tool, it seemed to easy to start so after a month I jumped to 12k....oh my! Any loading exercises had me sucking harder than some well know hoovers! I hope to find out the benefits of the mask next month as I will be on Mont Blanc.

Great for increasing intensity
Very pleased with this. I brought this as a way to get my heart rate in a fat burning zone with an injury. Did the job well and adds another dimension to my training. Makes basic things a lot more intense. I wouldn't suggest wearing this out in public unless you want to get arrested though...
