RuffwearOvercoat Fleece Lined Water Resistant Cold Weather Jacket for Dogs, Red Clay, X-Large

This is the perfect jacket for my dog. It's a great fit, he puts it on without any hassle, it looks good on him, and he seems warm and dry in it. My only wish is that in addition to measuring by girth they gave you length by size. I had to order three different sizes before I found the right length. The girth on all three sizes could have fit him due to the adjustability, but I can't change his length.

This jacket is great. Very easy to get on and off my dog. Good quality. Fabric seems very durable. Good reflective stripes. Would have liked other color choices but this one still looks great. We went with the burnt orange color. Photos really don’t do it justice. Only used once so far since it hasn’t been very cold yet.

To start: my dog is 45 lbs with roughly a 28” chest and a 19” back length. He’s very thin, athletic, and difficult to fit. I ordered the medium and it fits perfect adjusted to nearly the smallest setting.I love the Ruffland overcoat and it's always my go-to choice for all my dogs. It’s lightweight but still offers sufficient warmth. When you have difficult to fit dogs, it’s a dream because it’s so highly adjustable. For squirmy dogs or dogs who don’t like jackets - it’s easy to put on. It goes on like a harness: over the head and then buckles at the sides. No feeding limbs through arm holes. My dog takes no issues with this jacket and willingly lets me put it on him. The fabric is lightweight but tough and it keeps him dry and warm. Everything my dog needs in a jacket with a stress free easy to put on style. The overcoat remains my first choice. I just wish there were more fun colours in the regular overcoat like there is with the fuse.

This dog coat appears to be well made the the sizing runs large and the red color is more of a burnt orange. I returned the product. If color was a true red and fit better, I would have kept it.

This fits my dog well. Is a pretty color and very well made.

Excellent product ! For over two years, my two super-active large dogs have been wearing them in the woods every cold day. No tears, no scratches. I have even bought a third jacket as a spare in case anything happened. Still unused.

Our boys love the snow, but it was nice to have them protected from the wet snow coming down. Very easy to take on and off, and cleans up nicely.

I'm not a fan of coats for dogs. They are designed to stay warm with fur. However, I live in Southern California and was travelling to northern Nevada in the Sierra foothills. The forecast was for snow and highs near freezing. I was going for a competition and we would be outside all day. I bought this coat for my standard poodle. I have a cooling coat for him from Ruffwear with the same basic design so I guessed it would fit well. It does. I ordered a Small because they run large. I like that it doesn't interfere with the free movement of his shoulder and front legs, and he looks like Wonder Dog in it. Great coat.

Fits nicely, good all round proportions. Good quality. My dogs race through the brambles and all sorts. No tears or damage so far. They were constantly coming home with ripped fleece coats. This is much more durable and looks great too

A lot more hard wearing than the Cloud Chaser and abrasion resistant when walking in woodland and undergrowth. Allows a full range of movement without the risk of chafing and fastens easily. Good in wet weather.The chest cover that fastens underneath also has a fleece lining and can pick up a reasonable amount of dirt but it does protect from brambles. Depending on where you walk, if like me in all weathers across quite muddy terrain you'll need to wash it regularly.The reflective strips light up well and it can be worn over a harness, if like me you use a Ruffwear harness, it's fully compatible.I like it though not entirely sure about the colour.
