I was hesitant to buy an electronic gadget to do what an old-fashioned safety match could do easily, but I didn't want to use matches in the bedroom where I keep a candle, so I decided to give this a try. I really enjoyed this lighter until it stopped working. I got it about five months ago and worked just fine to light a candle once in a while. I have not needed to charge it since initially setting it up, and when I attempted to charge it a few days ago, it would not respond to the charger at all. I used a different charger and still nothing. I'm disappointed! I really thought this was a cool gadget.

Works nice to just charge to light it up.

I purchased one of these for my 12-year-old daughter as a stocking stuffer as she loves lighting candles, but I don’t want her handling a lighter. It worked so well that we ended up purchasing five more to use in the house instead of lighters. These were a great value for the money. These charge up very quickly and they last for quite a while the button has a sliding piece that you used to cover the button so it doesn’t get turned on accidentally.

1. The Rose Gold color is very nice and pretty.2. Works great! It came charged, so I was able to use it right away. I used it in two candles with different wicks. I was also able to use it with incense.I plan on getting one for my friend who uses incense and candles all the time.

I am not a fan of matches, but I needed some way to conduct fire for a school experiment, and this was the best option.The color is a lovely pink, the battery life is super long (and if you need to recharge it, it charges via USB-C), it is pretty quiet, but does make a slight noise, and overall, I just love it.My family now uses it for candles since it is long enough to reach wicks that are far down into the candle.It is also easy to use for adults, but younger children can't usually figure it out. The part that starts the fire retracts once you are done using it, which is a great safety feature. (SO it is great if you have kids and you wanna light candles but don't want your kids playing with fire)

Works wells once you get the wick lined up. Prongs are kind of close together, makes it a little hard to light things. Needed my reading glasses to light my candle.
