I like that it is lightweight enough to where it doesn’t tire you to lift or swing it but it’s heavy enough to serve as protection. The overall finish on mine was good. I like the size.

Youth bat
Ordered this for decorative purposes only, not for actual use. But, look at description carefully as it is a 25 inch bat, fairly small. Mine was actually 24.5 inches.The bat is solid wood but mine was much more of a reddish color than the one advertised. Appears to have some sort of clear coat finish on it as well.4 stars just due to the color difference.

Solid and sturdy
It is a nice, solid, sturdy wooden bat. We didn't buy it for sports but for home defense. It's no Lucille (yet, there is still time left in 2020) but it'll do.
