This was our first attempt to use these. The marker was included, and was a great way to personally express our love on each lantern. We set these off in Memory of my Mom for her Birthday. They were a little difficult to light, however if you leave a part of the cover on the fuel cell it will light faster. They flew at least 300 hundred feet, just as they claimed. It was something that my family will do again, and I will be sure to buy the same brand.

Love these lanterns. They are super easy to light (wax already attached), easy to unfold, and every single one was fully intact. We've been using sky lanterns for ~30 years to commemorate all sorts of events, but this is the first time ordering from Amazon, and using the new "eco" friendly style. These are SO MUCH BETTER than the older versions which required us to thread the wax, had wire hoops, and 3 out of 10 would tear when trying to unwrap. These are ready to go straight out of the package, vibrant and lovely color array. No complaints whatsoever!

These worked perfectly for my father's memorial. We wrote messages on the lanterns and sent them up to the heavens. Great quality. We didn't have a single issue with any of the lanterns in the pack. Will definitely be ordering again!

These were amazing. They burned for a long time and flew so high! It was like our gratitude and wishes flew straight to heaven! They looked like airplane lights or stars before they went out - I guess there wasn’t enough oxygen at that altitude. I loved these, and will make them a new tradition for Thanksgiving and New Years.

These were AWESOME! I ordered them for my 60th birthday party. They were way bigger than I thought & everyone had so much fun letting them go! It was a perfect night w/o much wind. I’d absolutely order these again!

The lanterns were launched after a memorial service. It was such a wonderful tribute.I highly recommend purchasing them for a special occasion.

These were easy to use and we didn’t have any problems. We used during a memorial for my son and didn’t have any problems. We did a trial run with one the day prior and weather was a little windy. Huge mistake. Had to chase it and put it out before it reached the neighbor’s property.
