Q: Would this work for a cinnamon sugar mix?

I only use it for cocoa, but think it would work well for cinnamon & sugar too. Also - I see another comment about the top not fitting snugly - personally, I find it fits very snugly.

Q: Could baking soda be put in this container to sprinkle it out over kitchen surfaces?

It should work for baking soda.

Q: How big is this? seriously they don't bother to include that?

About 3-1/4” tall and 2 in diam. Great size for conf. sugar, flour, cocoa, or corn starch.

Q: How many ounces does it hold?

It is small. About 5 ounces of powdered sugar fits in it.
