Perfect Toaster Purchase
I purchased this toaster several months ago and I am still very happy with it. In fact, every time it is used, I am reminded of how perfect a purchase this was. It toasts evenly on both sides of the bread. The frozen and bagel settings are used multiple times each week. The setting knob is easy to read with or without glasses. This is a superior replacement for our previous toaster. Both thumbs up!

Quality at an affordable price
Good Toaster. Makes toast dependably, and the toast settings seem to be pretty accurate. Only thing is when you're toasting a bagel. One side is brown, and the other get's pretty dark. Brushed stainless body stays cool to the touch and is easy to clean. It has an ample length cord. Two selector buttons on the toaster allow you to select Bagel or Frozen. Nice blue LED outline on the switches. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Nice Small Toaster
I bought this toaster to replace a 20 year old toaster of the same brand. I was hoping it would be similar, but this one is not as sturdy with stainless steel as my old one. It’s also smaller. I have to cut sourdough bread slices in have to put into the toaster. It toasts well, but the slots are too short for anything over standard sandwich bread.

nice toaster
I often toast just one slice, and this toaster does that if I use the lowest setting. My other toaster over toasted. I also like this one because it is attractive.

Consistently POOR Results. DO INITIAL BURNOUT OUTDOORS!!
Looks way better than it toasts, worst toaster I have ever used, starting with 1950’s vintage toasters. NOT worthy of the Oster brand.IMPORTANT: Do initial burn in OUTDOORS or you will smoke yourself out with toxic fumes/smoke as it burns off leftovers of manufacturing. Run it several times starting with lowest setting.Shortcomings:Made to accommodate industrially produced store bread (orowheat, sara lee, etc,) if you make your own, a slice from a two pound bread maker loaf will most likely end up too tall, sticking out of the toaster as it toasts, but a 1-1/2 pound should fit, barely or with an assist, because the slot ought to be a couple millimeters longer. Results will vary SIGNIFICANTLY depending on room temperature, so you can NEVER be sure what results you will get,If it doesn’t kick off prematurely, the center elements scorch while the outer ones barely toast, if at all.If you need more than two pieces of toast, you MUST allow it to cool off or it will BURN both sides, impossible and ridiculous to attempt adjusting temp setting to compensate.MUST be plugged in for latch to work, it's electromagnetic not mechanical, AND you have to press down fairly hard for the internal switch to make contact and engage the latch. The crumb tray is removed from the back end, if you don’t read the manual like I eventually did, you might not even know it has one.Positives:the gadget that centers the toast in the slot, being able to eject the toast by pressing the Cancel button that conveniently lights up while toasting/burning, and being able to lift the latch handle to make retrieving the toast a little easier, though it’s still possible to scorch finger tips if you accidentally touch the top.All said and done, looks like the best use for mine will be target practice and scrap metal, it’s not even worth the gas and time to drop it off at the pawn shop.My 6 slice toaster oven may waste some electricity, but has never given me a reason to complain.
