Great product, poor service!!
We have 2, one for our home & one for another location but this recent order had an ankle attachment that was sewn backwards. Requested a replacement but company said we had to send whole package back. Too cumbersome, so ordered a replacement from another company. If everything is as they advertise, it’s a great product but when something needs to be replaced, know you have the hassle of sending it all back, so keep the box for returns.
