Good little tool
Great item. Calibrate ms easily and found studs in a stud wall quite easily and showed centre too. Happy bunny is me!

Only works well on smooth painted wall.
It works on paint smooth walls.Fails on my popcorn texture ceiling and intermittently fail on texture wall paper.Also you will get false reading if you apply pressure between wall and device once calibrated.First time using these sensor, so it’s my personal review.

Instructions not the clearest
Haven't used this yet. Need to test it out as instructions aren't particularly clear. Good functions once I get my head around it. May update my rating once used it in earnest

Absolutely Useless
This thing seems to be incapable of detecting studs of any size. Don't waste your money on this item. I have to revert to using a cronky old detector that's falling apart but at least detects studs and wires after a little fettling.

Very hit and miss.
Very easy to use but unfortunately it's not very accurate. It does detect electrical wiring very well but when it comes to stud work it's failed a number of times and I have resolved to drilling pilot holes to find timber.

A bit hit and miss
Reasonably happy with the equipment finds the location of the hidden beams fairly well, but not as good as I would have expected, but overall quite happy with the unit for what I need to do.

wasnt impressed at all
i bought this to replace one iv had for donkeys years, only because i thought it would be betterwell it isnt, i found its only showing electric in wall if you are basiclly on top of the socket which you already know theres current, doesnt pin point water pipes either that good, iv actuallystuck with my old one which is far better than this thing, its tru in the saying if aint broke dont fix it well same here wasnt worth replacing.
