There are similar devices on the market and so far all is working well. I really commend this company for outstanding customer service. We received the product but had a delay on our side in getting it set up. The rep actually called to say they noticed we had not activated the device and wanted to check to make sure we received the package and whether we needed assistance. This attention to a single purchase gives me great confidence that we have a team behind us. Well done!

This item arrives with a sheet you fill out and mail back. A contract. States that if you discontinue service and do not return the item you will incur a $250 charge for the equipment (your thrive device) BE AWARE THIS IS NOT A PURCHASE OF THIS ITEM BUT MORE A RENTAL OF IT. Also note you will be held responsible for the monthly charges until they recieve the said equipment (your thrive pendant). Now as far as the item goes it is itself very nice looking, as to how it works I do not know. After 3 days and multiple phone calls to set up activation I have only reached machines or an answer service. Cannot seem to get customer service at all or the courtesy of a call back. Inconvienant as I live 500 plus miles from my Grandmother who this was purchased for, and she is 90 so cannot do the set up on her own. I am still to this moment trying to reach someone @Platinum Health. Frustrated to say the least.

I want to say that this device is invaluable. I recently became stuck in my own bathroom and thanks to my Thriive medical alert the dispatcher was able to contact my daughter who came over to help me out right away!

Had no idea was getting into some monthly fee for subscription. Take it away!!!

Customer service is the best at this company. And the 30 day battery life for each charge makes it so carefree for my Mom to use.

My dad who has early dementia disappeared from his home without explanation - highly unusual for him. We were very concerned, but after 10 minutes of panic we were able to locate him on our Thriive caregiver phone app- he had decided he needed a hot dog from the convenience store down the road! We got him home safely, thank you Thriive!
