The material is thin cotton, a hard to find material these days, so great for the hot weather in the Gulf south! I am 5'2" 155lb age 72. I bought a size medium blue dress and the fit is perfect around the top. It is very roomy around the middle but still looks good, not baggy. The fabric is smooth, soft, so comfy! I washed it in cold water and hung to dry. Some wrinkling but not bad, and who cares, anyway--it's a house dress! Perfect for working around the house. Love the big pockets, so useful. Love it so much I am buying another solid cotton one in a different color.

About to order my 3rd. Have a black and the solid blue. I use this to wear around when I am home and feel dressed running out to get the mail or feed the dog. My new favorite lounge wear. I am 5'4" 140lbs athletic build/stout. Medium fits loosely - small would be tight on my arms.Pros: 100% cotton, not see through but light enough to be comfortable, fits true to size or a bit large, easy to take on and off, washes well ( I hang dry)Cons: large cut from chest to hem making it a bit roomy

I bought a few of these to wear at home after heart surgery. They are lightweight, snap front makes them easy to put on/off, comfortable to wear day and night during recovery. I bought a medium based on the size chart. It fits loose, which is what I wanted, but a small would likely have fit. I’m 5’4” and 118# for reference.One thing to know is that fabric is different for some styles, The solids are cotton and soft. Just beware that dye bleeds for a wash or two. One print is very soft Rayon. The other two prints were blends and not quite as soft.

This item is so comfortable and so cute. I often wear it around the house all day! I would recommend!

Like the lightweight material but both sides of front neck frayed when washed.

I read the reviews and saw that there were many negative reviews about the snaps used on this robe. The rope was 100% cotton which is what I wanted and I could not find other 100% cotton robes so I purchased this one. The snaps seemed fine when it arrived. I could open and snap them closed. I did notice that to unsnap them it did require a strong pull. Today, 10 days after the return window I was opening the robe carefully, to protect the snaps, but the snap broke and is impossible to repair. Look for something else.

I have had several surgeries this is always my go to while recovering. I have washed it so many times and it has held up well. It's roomy, comfortable and easy to put on and take off. If I have drains it covers them well. If visitors stop by I'm presentable. The pockets always come in handy and It holds my phone well. I just got out of surgery yesterday and this is the first garmet I was looking for when I got home.

The fabric is light weight. It washes well. It’s very easy for someone older to put on. Very comfortable and my great aunt loved it! Nice big pockets and didn’t fade after washing. I plan on purchasing her a few more!!!
