This is not velvet material!

The product description states that it is stretch velvet, yet it is not velvet in the least! It is a shiny spandex material. Now I have to travel outside during COVID-19 to UPS to return it and I'm disabled and have asthma! Very unhappy about this. I would not recommend this product!
