Surprising quality
I was looking at getting a high quality cable to use for my son’s Nord Stage 4 piano. This cable did not disappoint. I had a previous cable that had a lot of noise in the overall setup. We got this cable, plugged it in, and poof! No noise. Thank you. Also a great value as I looked at other cable that were twice as expensive and even more. I will gladly buy again and again.

Good cable that actually made improvement in my setup
I’m writing this review to help others decide if skw cables are for them. First I need to give some info about my room and system in order to explain my goal. My room is located in a basement which sounds slightly dampened and laidback. If I put a speaker in that room that is also laid back(Buchardt S400)or smooth sounding it makes it even darker sounding and I keep craving little more liveliness or snappiness. I upgraded to Buchardt S400 MK2 and It improved my experience greatly. I use Parasound New classic 200 integrated amp and Topping D90SE dac. I stream music using Amazon music hd via usb dongle and usb cable. I first ordered skw usb cable and rca interconnects (cheaper version). After couple of days listening, I noticed that I was getting little more details ,snap and punch. Detail retrieval at low volume improved and my urge to crank up the volume subdued. Before SKW, I was using some DIY interconnects using pro grade cables and some generic usb cable. One review mentioned that skw cables sounded harsh. And I could see that happening if one all ready has edgy sounding system and adds those cables to the mix. But if you are like me and find your system to be laidback/smooth and want to reduce that effect and bring little zing to instruments, than definitely give skw a try. I highly recommend giving skw usb cable and interconnects try first. Than other cables if it’s your cup of tea. I liked skw usb cable so much that I also ordered 2 power cables and speaker cables. I’m not sure how much more improvement I am getting in my system by adding skw power cables and speaker cables. I would have to do much more extensive listening and comparison. However, I am satisfied with my purchase and will keep skw in my system.

Good quality
The cable has very good quality. The sound quality is very good. The cable has a rigid braid, which has a positive effect on its service life.

I love it
I went from a 4meter Amazon basic cable to this. This has way better build construction and is substantially shorter. Did it improve sound quality? Nope but it looks a lot nice which is what I wanted. My system costs thousands so making sure everything on it is of quality is important for me.

Fixed my audio problems!
Bought a set of hifiman he1000se and had a popping noise in the left ear when using 3 different cables, bought this to try it and sure enough it fixed it at all volume levels and its a really nice quality cable from the looks of it.Would highly recommend!

Appears well constructed, works great with Wiim Ultra
Connected Wiim Ultra to my external DAC. I can't say that this makes anything sound better, it is more about having a well constructed and durable cable that shouldn't develop faults. For peace of mind and just to have a nicer looking cable it was worth a little additional cost for me

Very Effective
I have had other cables that I use on my CNC lose connection due to electrical interference, shutting down the project I was carving and wasting material and time. This cable has performed perfectly so far with no disconnects or lost connections. Quality matters!

Made a HUGE difference!
I have to say, at first I thought that upgrading the USB cable was going to make little if ANY difference in my system. I just purchased a used Primaluna Prologue Premium Preamp to add to my NAD 218THX power amp and my Mirage SM-3 floorstanding speakers. I have been lugging these antique heavy monsters around for DECADES and was somewhat satisfied with the sound. BUT, I have been secretly "jones-ing" for a warmer "tubish" sound in my system since my ears have gotten more sensitive over the years and even developing tinnitus (24/7) probably due to damage from working in a pediatric ER for 18+ years. ANYWAY, when I received the fairly expensive tube preamp, I was kinda disappointed in the degree of fullness and warmth that I was expecting. In other words, my system sounded better, but still a little harsh and sterile. While reading numerous audiophile blogs, I came across a group that was discussing the importance of the quality of the USB cable connecting the PC to the DAC. Well, out of frustration and little bit of Merlot intoxication, I ordered this cable. I thought, weeelllll.... I can always return it if I don't like it so what do I really have to lose? MAN am I GLAD I did! It performed like a freakin' magic wand! The upper and midrange "shrill" was all but gone! I am a happy camper now and ready to start my new hobby of "tube rolling!" I pray that you have the same positive experience with this cable as I did. Thanks for listening to my joyful rambling! :)
