Arrived exactly as expected, seems nice quality, quite sturdy/heavy.

Good flex bar but...
I've been using the flex for a short while now and can say that the bar itself is of a good standard. It is a medium strength bar, which I'm using for remedial purposes. Be mindful that you only get the green bar and not the whole set, even though one of the images is showing a whole set!
