What is the expiration date?

I ordered some 2-3 months ago and the expiration date is Dec 2022. But please rethink even buying this. The calories are mostly from sugar, total sugar is 68%! The first 3 ingredients are water, sugar, and glucose syrup. The protein is from some milk whey. It has a few vitamins, but save your money and make double strength Kool Aid and a vitamin pill and a glass of milk. Plus it tastes terrible.

I bought the orange flavor, and its not clear so I assume this flavor is not clear as well. I couldn't drink this, too sweet and terrible tasting. Also, unhealthy as it's 68% sugar. That's where the high calories come from. First 3 ingredients: Water, sugar, and glucose syrup. It has a bit of milk whey protein and vitamins. Might as well drink Kool-Aid with added sugar, add a glass of milk with a vitamin pill and save money.

It is a good product for any adult in need of a nutritional supplement.

Is this good for people with appetite problems?

Yes it is. It gives you the vitamins and nutrients like having a meal. I don’t have an appetite but I will drink these
