I love these mugs but one has already broken after just a few weeks. I’ve been so careful with these. I’ve kept them out of the dishwasher and out of the bin of dirty dishes so they don’t touch other dishes. I wasn’t even doing anything abnormal when the bottom of one of them just popped right off! All I did was pick it up off the counter and pop! They are really pretty but the glass is so thin that I expect the rest of them won’t last very long. I bought 3 sets of these and am sad that I spent so much money for what will inevitably be a couple random mugs instead of a full set. I do not recommend these. I really don’t know how I could have been any more careful with them. Very bummed.

I read the handles cracked and fell off, so I fortified them with gorilla glue. I read how thin and easily shattered the glass was, so I glued and wrapped three strips of ribbon around the mug itself. (I didn't care what the mugs looked like, I just wanted to keep my tea hot longer.) I have no idea how tea got in between the layers of glass. I tried to get it out, but it was taking to long. I thought I would enlarge the hole at the bottom of the mug so it would be easier to clean. I put tape over the hole and used my drill with the tiniest drill bit. It actually worked on the first mug, but cracked the second mug. I gave up and bought an Ember mug. It was expensive, but I love it.

I read how fragile they were so I was rinsing it with warm water and soap, and it leaked inside the double walls. Maybe a thicker glass would prevent this in the manufacturing process? I like the cups, they’re just too thin I suppose.

I use this little cup for espressos, and I love it. I was torn between getting a standard double-wall espresso mug or this one, and I decided on this one because I'd never seen a mug with this shape and found it really unique. I have to say I'm really happy with my purchase. From previous experiences with double walled glass mugs, I now don't use them in the dishwasher due to the popping out of that little stopper and then the inner walls filling up with water (that despite your best efforts you can NEVER seem to get out), so I've been handwashing this and haven't had any issues. I can't speak to the larger mugs (I definitely want to try them out though) but this little guy is super sturdy. I'd highly recommend.

These are my new favorite mugs for drinking coffee. They're the right size, they stay warm longer, they feel nice, and they look so good. They seem a little sturdier than Bodum mugs, but time will tell. I got both the amber and the smoke and I like them both equally. The problem now is that I don't want to drink out of my other mugs as much any more.

I've tried several different brands of double-wall mugs, and these are possibly the best. Still too delicate IMO (out of four, one has broken) but that seems to be the norm due to the thin glass. The handles are a weak spot on these

Husband and I love the size and look of these 8 oz amber mugs. We drink coffee black or with a few drops of stevia so the average cup size is way more than what we need. These are ideal and we always feel like we’re sipping in style. Double walls look cool and keep the outside temperature cool so these aren’t too hot to the touch when liquid is inside. Somewhat delicate— handle with care.

Bought these cups for a gift. They shipped quickly and look great. They seem a little pricey. But, if they bring joy to their intended recipient, they are well worth the price. A recommended BUY.
